Shipping and Returns
Below you will find all the information regarding the return of ordered goods such as textiles.
I would like to return/exchange an item.
Here you will find a return slip for the return of ordered goods. Please fill it out accordingly and include it with your return shipment.
The goods must be returned within 21 days (prompt dispatch is sufficient) after receipt to the following address:

My item is damaged
Should the goods we delivered be defective, please contact us at info@egocentric-systems.de with photos, a description of the defect, and your order number. We will then, of course, arrange a free replacement!
I would like to try a different size.
If you would like to try a different size for textiles, please place a new order regardless of whether you are returning the item.
Return instructions
Please ensure that returned products are properly packaged, unwashed, unworn (except for trying them on), and in perfect condition so that they can be resold without any issues. Items that have a strong odor (from perfume, deodorant, smoke, etc.) or are soiled (e.g., with makeup, etc.) cannot be returned and will be charged in full.
Once the package has been processed by us, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Processing a return can take up to 21 days.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we cannot accept packages without a return label.
